The service department of SIKO is the pride of our company. We have wide experience in servicing the first class, high quality equipment of our partners, and we are highly regarded in the market among suppliers of hi-tech post-press equipment. We have developed long-term relationships with the services of our producers and have gathered an extensive archive of user manuals, software and engineering expertise.  All members of our service staff have diplomas in electronics. The distinction of SIKO service is that all service-employees combine the skills of high quality mechanics and electronics.

Every year we invest in staff training for our partners across Europe. The latest training program at our main partner’s premises – KOLBUS – has been devoted to studying the newest KOLBUS equipment for hardcover. Recently our engineers, in the Moscow representative office of SIEMENS, have been trained at modern control and managing systems of Siemens, which are used in the machines of our partners. These are only a few examples. SIKO continuously invests in service because we understand the key role that it plays in the selling of high-tech machines.

SIKO service is responsible for technical support, installations, repairing and modernization of the equipment delivered within the frames of our sales program. We are very sensitive to the inquiries of our customers and react immediately, both during and after the warranty period.

The installation and continuous monitoring of new equipment by our service engineers is divided into several stages: first our engineers examine the new machines at the manufacturer’s premises, and then together with instruction from the premises they proceed with one or several installations, our engineers then install the remainder of the machines independently in a consistent manner. As per usual, our service engineers install all of the solo machines from our program, middle speed perfect binders and thirty cycle hardcover lines. High speed perfect binders are installed together with our colleges from KOLBUS.

SIKO makes certain that the service staff has the exhaustive information necessary for carrying out any technical actions at the premises of our customers. Furthermore, our partners provide us with consistent support and recommendations when required which we then pass on to our customers and end-users. Recommendations and technical support from our partners arrive at our head office, and are then immediately dispatched to the customer or to our service-engineer working at that location. These measures ensure the top quality installation of equipment.
